Method of Payment: There are two options for payment, either with a credit card or by direct bill. We accept both Master Card and Visa.
MEBBS bills its customers Quarterly. And, we bill ahead. What this means is that if your joined our service on January 1st, we will bill you for your service through
March. In the event you discontinue service, there are no refunds for the remaining time in the quarter.

To sign-on to MEBBS you will need a User ID and an associated password. We usually suggest your first initial, a period, and your lastname (eg. w.keller). The
password needs to be a minimum of 4 characters and should be something that is familiar to you that you will remember.

In the event you wish to change your password, you will need to call our offices between the hours 8am and 5 pm. Our number is 319-472-3142. We will ask for your
Mother's maiden name as a security precaution. Please provide her maiden name below.

You are also provided an email address with your account. Again, we recommend your first initial, a period, and your last name (eg. w.keller). However, it can be
anything you wish it to be. We will make the password to your email the same as the password for your user logon. Your whole email address will be your account name followed by @www.mebbs.com (eg.
w.keller@www.mebbs.com).
