Since the Mailing List gives me the ability to easily send information to each of you, I though I would use it in combination with a Survey screen to get some feedback on a couple of issues.

First, I would like to get an idea of how we are doing in providing you with the kind of internet service you want and need.  I have come up with a number of questions to gauge our level of service in a number of areas. If you have time, and are willing, I would appreciate it if you would take a few moments and complete the survey and then submit it to us so we can hear from you.  Of course, you are always welcome to drop an E-mail or call, but this will allow us to get a baseline answer to the same questions from as many of you as are willing to participate.

Second, we have had a number of folks ask us about being able to provide high speed internet access. We have completed conversations with everyone we need to so we can offer a service to provide high speed wireless access in the Vinton area.  The speed would be a maximum of 1.5 MB/S.  The one-time equipment cost would be under $350 for a wireless modem and antenna. And, the monthly fee would be $29.95.  This would be a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week connection.  To justify this expansion, we would need either 30 new customers or 60 old customers to convert to the high speed connection.  One of the survey questions will be to indicate whether this new service is of enough interest to you folks to justify the cost of installing it.

Again, thanks for your business. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
