This was the Hanson residence in late 1910 and early 1911. Albert Hanson had a bookstore, the Hanson Holden Company, in downtown Cedar Rapids at this time. In 1911, his son Paul did the photography for the book "Kenwood Park " published by Superior Press of Coe College. Later, Paul Hanson and Grant Wood built houses in the Kenwood Park area.
